About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating data visualizations, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and maintaining data dashboards to track key performance metrics. You will also perform end-to-end analyses using large, complex datasets to support business decisions. Additionally, you will regularly update dashboards and maintain data repositories to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs and opportunities. This includes collaborating with Sales, Measurement, Product, and Local/Regional Marketing teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify data gaps and propose solutions to improve data quality and availability. You will also develop and deliver data reports tailored to evolving business needs. Your goal is to present data-driven insights clearly and compellingly to non-technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build data dashboards to track key performance metrics.
  • Perform end-to-end analyses using large, complex datasets.
  • Regularly update dashboards and maintain data repositories.
  • Develop and deliver data reports tailored to evolving business needs.
  • Present data-driven insights clearly and compellingly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a natural curiosity to explore data and uncover insights.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, especially the mobile and social landscape in APAC.
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and open to helping with any task.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team across different departments.
