As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking business value through data-driven insights. Your mission is to gather business requirements from diverse functional teams and translate them into suitable data solutions.
With your expertise, you will convert ambiguous business problems into concrete questions and hypotheses to be solved using data-driven multi-disciplinary problem-solving approaches.
You will work closely with various partner teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining interactive dashboards/reports to effectively provide visibility on business performance for stakeholders, leveraging data expertise and business understanding to perform analysis and provide insights to influence business decisions and hypotheses.
For this role, we are seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experience with handling large volumes of data using SQL & Python (PySpark experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in understanding business problems, translating them into requirements, and developing suitable data solutions.
- Mid-Senior level position offering a stimulating environment for growth and development.
