About the Role

We're seeking a detail-driven data analyst to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business.

As a People Analytics Specialist, you'll be responsible for analyzing, cleaning, and visualizing HR data to uncover insights that support strategic decision-making across HR functions.

  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, workforce trends, and DEI indicators.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives through survey design, data analysis, and pulse checks.
  • Contribute to ESG and DEI reporting, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Identify automation opportunities and develop workflows using tools like Power Automate.

You will work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored data solutions and clearly communicate insights that inform business strategy.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and metrics; experience with survey tools and automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with coding (R/Python) and advanced analytics techniques is an advantage.
