Job Title:
Data Insights Specialist

Job Summary:
This role involves working with large datasets, creating management dashboards to track headcount trends and attrition, and building databases for recruitment planning and analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create data-driven reports to inform business decisions
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain databases and Excel templates for recruitment planning and analysis
  • Prepare financial and hiring affordability reports
  • Review hiring requests and highlight any inconsistencies
  • Design reports that present data clearly through dashboards, tables, and graphs

Requirements:
  • Experience with analyzing large amounts of data from multiple data sources
  • Ability to create summary reports using MS Excel pivot tables
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Query, and MS Access
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics
