Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

The role of a Data Insights Specialist involves driving data-driven decision making within an organization.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Analyze large datasets to address strategic and operational needs of the business.
    • Plan methodologies, analyze data, synthesize research findings into key insights and recommendations, and present to stakeholders.
    • Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to institutionalize insights discovery.
    • Coordinate with various internal clients using data to drive continuous improvement in their respective business objectives.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities.
    • Recommend solutions across operations to improve customer experience.
    • Manage end-to-end data projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, give recommendations, and create insightful reports.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience in analytics / market research / consulting / e-commerce or equivalent experience.
    • Proficiency in writing complex SQL from scratch and at least one data visualization tool.
    • Experience in Google Data Studio, Big Query, Python, or R, modeling preferred.
    • Dealing with big data.
