People Analytics Specialist

The role of People Analytics Specialist is a vital one in any organization. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for turning HR data into powerful insights that inform business strategy.

You will analyze, clean, and visualize HR data to uncover insights that support strategic decision-making across HR functions. This includes building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, workforce trends, and DEI indicators.

Additionally, you will support employee engagement initiatives through survey design, data analysis, and pulse checks. Your work will also contribute to ESG and DEI reporting, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to drive efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and developing workflows using tools like Power Automate. You will partner with HR teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored data solutions and clearly communicate insights that inform business strategy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Analytics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of HR processes and metrics; experience with survey tools and automation (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus
  • Familiarity with coding (R/Python) and advanced analytics techniques like regression or predictive modeling is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with a curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset
