This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients and partners, and driving the day-to-day pipeline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage large strategic RFPs and proactive opportunities.
- Lead relationships with strategic partners and technology platform partners like Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, AWS, Azure, and others.
- Drive the day-to-day pipeline operations, from ensuring CRM data is up-to-date to triaging and managing inbound leads.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital agency environment, specifically in business development, client services or strategy.
- Detailed understanding of the business development process, tools, and deliverables generally required.
- Proven ability to manage senior relationships with prospective clients and partners from first meeting through deal completion.
- Proven ability to present and communicate clearly to perspectives, internal teams, and existing clients.
