Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact The Head Enterprise Sales reports to the General Manager of Advanced Connectivity and is responsible for driving business growth and market expansion through market intel planning and channel development initiatives.
This role is pivotal in identifying new enterprise opportunities, forging channel partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies to accelerate organizational performance.
Be Part of Our Success Lead and spearhead local and overseas business development activities with a focus on enterprise sectors, including but not limited to Telecommunication, System Integrators, Building Management, and Facilities Management.
Plan, develop, and implement policies and strategies for the organization's growth and diversification in both local and overseas markets, primarily in South-east Asia and the Middle East.
Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities, assess potential addressable markets, and develop projects for new marketing initiatives to drive the sales pipelines.
Collaborate and manage with cross-functional departments on both local and overseas projects and sales engagements to achieve the desired revenue outcomes.
Grow and mentor a group of sales and channel account representatives to achieve their own sales targets, focusing on key sectors such as telecommunication, System Integrators, Facility Management, and Building Management.
Qualities We Value Knowledge in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
More than 10 years of experience in sales cadence reporting, gross margin, or project P&L in a lead role.
Experienced in SFDC reporting, systems, and analysis.
Proficient in software tools and financial modeling experience is an advantage.
Excellent presentation and writing skills.
Ability to interpret financial methodology from a sales perspective.
Outgoing, independent, and possesses strong people skills.
Working location is in Ang Mo Kio / Jurong East.
