Our client, an up-and-coming organization within Financial Services, is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. The successful hire can look forward to a vibrant and fast-paced environment, and expect to be hands-on and flexible in being part of shaping the organization's culture. What You'll Do Lead a team of Business Growth Specialists, generate new business and deliver financial objectives against timelines. Provide insights, portfolio performance analysis and develop, execute and manage market and business strategies taking into consideration market opportunities, competitor landscape and bank's risk appetite. Handle and work with stakeholders on product/business improvement programs based on end user feedback and leveraging data analytics. Ensure the stability and sustainability of the bank’s portfolio, legal compliance and regulatory risks. Promote a positive team culture and ensure seamless coordination in achieving growth objectives. Your Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in frontline sales, business development, relationship management, client servicing roles or customer due diligence function within SME space with 3 years in a leadership role. Strong business acumen, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills. Possess entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm and interest in digital financial product/service innovation. Ability to perform under pressure and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with our Mandarin speaking stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
