Job Description
As a key strategic partner, the HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives that drive organisational performance.
- Design and deliver annual performance review processes, compensation and benefits reviews.
- Support organisational development initiatives, change management, and employee engagement programs.
- Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver best-in-class HR solutions.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Bring 7–10 years of HR experience, including 5–7 years in business partnering at managerial level.
- Possess strong HR knowledge and a proven track record of success in complex environments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project skills.
- Be resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
