We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the design and delivery of people strategy for Alumni in alignment with business priorities and planned growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Support growth of the organization through long-term people planning and design.
- Develop assessment processes for talent review, succession planning, performance management, and career development.
- Manage, train, and develop the People team in line with Alumni growth (one direct report).
