Job Overview

This senior leadership position is a pivotal role in driving business growth and cultivating premier leadership pipelines across the APAC region.

Responsibilities
  • Craft a comprehensive HR strategy that drives commercial value creation and aligns with the company's global vision.
  • Serve as primary strategic advisor on people and organizational issues to the CEO and C-suite, providing expert guidance and counsel.
  • Develop and implement talent management frameworks for a diverse, future-proof pipeline of leaders, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that embodies global values while respecting local diversity and customs.
  • Lead the digital transformation of the HR function, driving operational excellence and compliance across the complex regulatory landscape.
  • Mentor and develop a distributed team of senior HR professionals, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and competencies to excel in their roles.
Ideal Candidate & Qualifications
Experience
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership in multinational corporate environments, with direct responsibility for a multi-country APAC portfolio.
  • Senior HR leadership role with proven experience as a strategic partner to a Country/Market/Regional CEO.
  • Deep understanding of the talent, labor, and regulatory environments in key APAC markets, including Singapore, China, Japan, and India.
