
Strategic People Leader

We are seeking a senior-level HR professional to serve as a trusted advisor to our business leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading people initiatives, driving alignment, and operationalizing strategies across various international sites.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the business leadership team, driving alignment on people strategy and execution.
- Lead high-priority HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Prepare executive communications, board materials on HR matters, and act as a thought partner and sounding board for executive decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in HR, operations, or strategy roles, preferably in a startup or growth-stage company.
- Strong HR fundamentals, with a track record of building from scratch.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with various levels of organization.
- Previous Head of Executive Office experience and/or working experience with technical and field-based teams is a plus.
This is a Director-level position.
