Director of Strategic Human Resources

This role offers a chance to drive organizational excellence and contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding company.

As Director of Strategic Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of people strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business growth and employee engagement.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to identify talent acquisition and retention strategies that meet business needs.
  • Designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.

Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist leadership roles, preferably in both established and start-up/growth stage companies.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
