**Context of the role**:
This is a unique opportunity to join the Group Strategy team and help shape the future of LemmaTree. As an instrumental member of the Strategy team, you will work closely with senior leaders on strategic planning, analysis, insight generation, and needle-moving projects. You will be involved in a diverse range of projects, particularly in relations to People strategy. As part of the Group Strategy team, you will also collaborate with other Strategy members on group-wide strategy initiatives.
