
Strategic People Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner.
This role involves partnering with leaders across the organization to drive the people agenda and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in HR business partnering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate at a strategic level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the people agenda, guiding and upskilling leaders and employees on HR policies and practices, and facilitating strong employee engagement and development. They will also lead in the strategic management of wellness initiatives and design practices and programs to nurture the emotional, physical, and mental well-being of employees across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with leaders to deliver HR services and achieve business goals
- Drive the people agenda and implement HR strategies
- Guide and upskill leaders and employees on HR policies and practices
- Facilitate strong employee engagement and development
- Lead in the strategic management of wellness initiatives
- Successful track record in HR business partnering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate at a strategic level
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act and contracts
- Resilient and resourceful with a collaborative mindset
