Partnerships Manager (Youth | Up to 4.5k)

What you will be working on
Specifically, you will be working on the following, with the chance to be exposed to other experiences:
Grant Administration and Management
Assess and administer grants to ground-up youth groups. This includes the applications and closures of grants, ensuring proper governance and accounting.
Drive process developments and improvements to grants and work with internal stakeholders to review key processes and implement appropriate changes to enhance overall experience.
Perform data processing, management and reporting.
Partnership with Youths
Propose new ways to grow and forge partnerships to encourage and enable youth action.
Support youth-led ground-up projects by connecting them to relevant networks, amplification channels, mentors, grants and potential partners.
Maintain relationships with the curators and co-deliver activities that increase the brand awareness.
Coordinate and organise monthly Open Mics.
What we are looking for
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving needs of youths and dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire trust with young people and stakeholders.
Good written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking and project management skill, with good ability in handling numbers.
Team player who can also work independently with guidance.
Experience working with youth and/or supporting ground-up initiatives will be advantageous.
Availability to work on weekends when required.
