Position
Overview of the Position
The Customer Service Supply Chain Specialist is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the seamless flow of goods through the supply chain. By effectively managing orders, resolving issues, and coordinating logistics, the incumbent helps the organization achieve its operational goals and maintain a competitive edge.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about providing top-notch customer service within the supply chain framework.
Job Responsibilities
*Candidate must be proficient in Thai, as the role involves communication with counterparts in Thailand.*
Prepare and process Replenishment Transfer/STO/PO orders in line with the respective market forecasts and adherence to inventory guidelines.
Liaise with various internal parties for supply and pricing issues, validate sales prices accuracy, and ensure the new pricing is updated in SAP timely.
Follow up with 3rd party logistics service providers for issues related to logistics operations / delivery planning and ensure the Post Goods Issues (PGI) and invoicing are processed correctly in SAP.
Create outbound shipments in SAP to capture shipment costs, check vessel sailing schedules, and book vessels with 3rd party logistics.
Coordinate with POSM planners for the shipments / delivery of POSM to customers.
Support other markets when required.
Maintain a high level of customer service including advance advice of shipping information, completeness of shipping documentation, prompt response to customer requests, and monitoring of the progress of meeting markets’ demands.
Monitor the progress and ensure continuity of workflows/processes and coordinate with Accounts and other internal departments in line with current procedures.
Ensure that good internal controls and Supply Chain practices are met in accordance with group policies.
Additional Information
Relevant Supply Chain, Customer Service experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and a multicultural business environment will be preferred.
Candidates with Customer Service experience in a Shared Service Centre environment will be preferred.
Experience with inventory software, MS Office, and ERP Software (SD/MM/SAP) will be desirable.
Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding transportation and foreign trade compliance.
Prior industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer, or Luxury Goods will be advantageous.
