RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Development Director is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive increased revenue growth for the company. This role will define and execute new business opportunities supporting the company's growth objectives. The person in this role works closely with the Delivery Head and other members of the executive team to develop and execute the business development strategy.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
Serve as the lead point of contact for all business development related matters.
Formulate business strategies and execute sales plan to achieve goals in market share, revenue and profit.
Identify new opportunities, develop new business and customers in existing and new market segments.
Manage all sales related activities, including proposal preparation, presentation, contract and terms negotiations, periodic price negotiation and cost analysis, liability and exposure management and negotiation, etc.
Engage in full sales cycle starting from sourcing to closing a deal.
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Work with internal stakeholders for project delivery.
Conduct client and market research analysis to seek new opportunities for growing/expanding work with existing & potential clients.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Responsible for client relationship, management of the contract, strategic positioning for growth and people management on the account.
Leadership Management
Lead all business development efforts that include business development strategies and activities.
Lead a team of sales personnel & account managers to achieve KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirement:
Degree in marketing, business, economics or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of Sales, Business Development or client servicing role within the B2 B technology or BFSI industry.
Preferred domain expertise including products, solutions and services in BFSI industry.
Well built partnerships & relationships in BFSI ecosystem.
Proven track record of business development in past working experiences including internal and external successful collaborative experience would be an added advantage.
Target driven, self-starter with ability to deliver on targets.
Able to juggle multiple clients at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
Independent and proactive work attitude, with good business acumen.#J-18808-Ljbffr
