About the team:
The Acquisition Marketing function of MariBank is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to drive higher visibility, interest and acquisition of our digital banking products & services. The team covers areas including Acquisition campaigns, Online Marketing, Onboarding, Brand & Marketing Governance, and Public Relations.
Job Description:
● Drive acquisition of new to product customers for our suite of personal banking products across all channels, including ecosystem partner, online marketing, social media and KOLs.
● Design and track conversions from acquisition campaigns end to end, from marketing assets & incentives effectiveness to product onboarding funnel to final product take up.
● Iterate and improve conversions using a data-drive approach through A/B testing of campaigns, embedding of entry points within our ecosystem partner, and drive system enhancements on onboarding user journey.
● Deliver acquisition targets within budget for Marketing and cost per acquisition.
● Collaborate and work with stakeholders within the bank to ensure all communication and marketing materials align with the brand identity and attributes, and in compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
● A Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing or Business equivalent
● Possess at least 8 years of relevant working experience preferably in banking, FinTech or retail marketing roles
● Highly collaborative and analytical with good verbal and written communication skills
● Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage various deliverables while liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders
● Proactive and able to learn fast while on the job
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment while dealing with ambiguity
● Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
