Highly Skilled Database Administrator Wanted

As a skilled database professional, we are seeking an individual to administer and maintain our databases, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 2-8 years of experience in MSSQL 2016/2017/2022 Database Administration, with a strong understanding of database concepts and principles.
- Participate in the 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends, to ensure continuous support and maintenance of our databases.
- Monitor and refine processes, procedures, and systems to optimize operational stability and integrity, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
- Experience in upgrading and patching database instances across multiple Database Management Systems with minimal disruption to applications.
- Coordinate with application teams on decision-making and scheduling to patch, ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare documentation to raise Change Requests, facilitating smooth project execution.
Required Skills
- 2-8 years of experience in MSSQL database administration
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting patching issues
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating system (RedHat)
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
