Overview Join to apply for the HR Operations Advisor Graduate (HR Operations-APAC-Lifecycle Operations) - 2026 Start (BS/MS) role at TikTok. Responsibilities Support key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, job status changes, and contract preparation. Help coordinate and enhance employee lifecycle processes and relevant policy updates. Collaborate with HRBPs, TAs, and regional HR teams to support ongoing HR initiatives. Provide administrative support for employee matters and assist in responding to employee queries under guidance. Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks related to employee records. Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Good communication skills, both written and verbal; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges; Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally. Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of HR and employee lifecycle processes is a plus.
