A demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build trust with employees and managers at all levels. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and a passion for improving processes and the employee experience. Prior experience in transactional payroll is useful knowledge. Proven work on process optimization will be an added advantage. Experienced candidate in the right competencies could be offered a Lead role. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering support on HR policies, benefits, and systems to enhance the employee experience. Own employee's lifecycle process of performance management, policy implementation, HR analytics & report, HR/Payroll systems and recruitment. Understanding hiring right by partnering closely with hiring managers to secure the right hires for business needs. Champion data integrity by managing all HRIS transactions and audits, leveraging people analytics to generate actionable business insights. Partner with internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance) and external vendors to execute core processes including Insurance renewals etc. Lead the internship management and campus hire.
