We are looking for a people person who wants to begin a career in the exciting world of music, this is the best place to dive in. We’re searching for a qualified and resourceful HR Advisor who has a keen sense of accountability and be a strong driver for continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Recruit and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants by collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
- Provide HR operations support eg. work passes, employment contracts, leaves & benefits administration, payroll, surveys, onboarding, offboarding etc.
- Provide guidance to employees seeking information on company policies and procedures.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
- Upkeep employee files and records electronically.
- Organise company’s town halls and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree qualification preferably with relevant HR experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws.
- Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.
- Excellent team player and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Self-driven, fast learner, multi-tasker, meticulous & tech-savvy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
