**Description**:
To enable Energy Systems to achieve its strategic ambitions and become future fit, we need talents to continuously improving the way we work. Region APAC is therefore seeking an HR Advisor to further improve the customer centricity, employee experience and agility to support business needs from people function.

The APAC HR Advisor reports to APAC Regional People Manager.

**The Role**:

- Supports recruitment process for selected roles and on-boarding of new staff members
- Supports off-boarding process through Exit Interview.
- Maintains accurate records by ensuring regional workforce data are up to date, accurate and in accordance with company system
- Prepares Annual Leave Reports, New Employee & Leaver report, Discovery & Surprise Report and other reports per requirement
- Maintains good quality of Partner data for the region
- Supports employee wellbeing and engagement programs
- Supports the regional people manager including key HR initiatives or projects as they arise.
- Maintains good and efficient work relationship with GSS
- Supports ad-hoc regional projects or tasks

**Position Qualifications**
- Passion for delivering great employee experience through daily work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels, problem-solving skills, ability to manage conflict, and attention to details
- The ability to manage confidential and sensitive material with customer focus and service mindset
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- A recognized degree in Human Resources or similar and knowledge of HR concepts are a strong plus
- Previous HR experience at least 5-7 years in a similar role
- Fluency in spoken and written English
