With offices in over 14 countries this esteemed international law firm consistently provides commercially relevant and high quality legal advice to their clients. The technical and commercial expertise of their lawyers are factors cited by clients who choose this firm to advise on large and complex multi-jurisdictional transactions and projects.
Based in their Singapore office and reporting into their Regional Head of HR they currently seek the expertise and leadership skills of a HR Advisor to support the operation of their Singapore business by providing an effective and professional HR service covering the full generalist remit.
This will be achieved through working closely with the Regional HR Manager to ensure that high standards are adopted within all elements of HR and to provide an advisory service to employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
As HR Advisor you work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management and development, together with managing staff relationships, promptly responding to queries and managing overall expectations of the firm.
The successful applicant will have previous industry law firm experience, will be confident, strong at effectively handling a busy schedule and excellent at building relationships.
