The HR Advisor Senior Lead is a Senior Vice President position responsible for leading the delivery of day-to-day HR support For Markets Technology, Securities Services Technology, Information Services Technology and Risk Technology in collaboration with the Human Resources team. This role will also serve as the HR advisor for the ICG Technology Analyst program for Asia. Role Purpose The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR advisory and allied services to specific ICG technology Product/Sector groups across APAC excl Japan. **Responsibilities**: - Partner with business leaders and HR Specialist Partners (e.g. Compensation, Resourcing, Learning and Development) to design, plan, and implement broad HR programs, policies, and procedures to achieve desired HR goals - Partner with Senior Leaders in recommending, developing, and/or executing Human Capital strategies to achieve business goals - Coach seniors’ leaders on how to improve their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity, and - Strengthen the culture of assigned business groups - Assess current organizational talent and ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognized - Align people resources with appropriate business strategy - Assess, identify, and diagnose business problems and opportunities - Create, implement, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives that promote organizational/leadership capability - Develop new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continual improvements in business and HR efficiency/effectiveness, and lead change management initiatives Qualifications and experience: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master’s degree will be an added advantage - 10+ years of relevant experience - Good exposure to compensation - Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, partner with and influence stakeholder groups - Strategic thinking with great execution skills - **Job Family Group**: Human Resources - **Job Family**: HR Advisors & Generalist - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
