About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing global team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for ongoing employment. The HR Advisor will play a key role in providing strategic and operational HR support across our international operations. This role will partner closely with managers and team members globally to support employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HR process improvement as Green Li-ion continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive HR advice and support to managers and employees across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and Green Li-ion policies. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for our U.S. operations, advising on federal and state-specific employment legislation, HR policies, and practices. Support end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Assist in the development and rollout of policies, procedures, and HR programs that align with Green Li-ion's culture and growth objectives. Recruitment and onboarding activities for key roles. Maintain accurate HR data and documentation, ensuring compliance with data privacy and reporting requirements. Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement, organizational development, and global compliance. About You Essential Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR generalist or advisory role within a global organization. Demonstrated experience managing HR matters in the United States, including knowledge of federal and state labor laws, compliance requirements, and employment standards. Strong understanding of international HR practices, particularly across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. Proven ability to navigate complex employment issues and provide sound, commercially aware HR advice. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across different cultures and time zones. Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment. Desirable Experience working in a start-up or high‐growth technology or manufacturing environment. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD, IHRP - SP). Experience with HRIS implementation or systems management.
