Bid & Commercial Manager

Minimum 7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex:
Customer contracts (e.g. RFPs, RFQs, quotations, ITQs, MOUs, letters of intent, NDAs, etc.); and
3rd party contracts (e.g. reseller, partner, teaming, subcontracts, SOWs, MSAs, etc.).
Degree qualified (if in Law, Contract Management, Business or equivalent a bonus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing complex tender bids and third-party back-to-back contract negotiations.
Experience in the Telco and ICT industries.
Good communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with both senior leadership as well as operational and working-level executives.
