Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of business plan, sales strategy and marketing plan Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets Provide excellent customer service and maintain good client relationships; strengthening relationships and managing growth Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance; provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin Work closely with Marketing department in developing new catering concepts and decorative layout and kitchen to customize menu for respective clients Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports Perform other related duties such as special assignments and annual major objectives as required Sales Incentive will be included if target is met. Skills/Qualifications Diploma/ Degree in any major At least 2 years of sales experience in the F&B Catering industry will be preferred Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Motivated and driven individual Team player and professional #J-18808-Ljbffr
