The Catering Sales Executive/ Manager is responsible formarketing the company's offerings and converting to sales. He/She must hunt for new sales leads and markets through networking or cold calls. He/She also arranges sales events with the rest of the team. He/She meets the Director often to give updates on sales progress. Events should then be carried out to hit sales targets set by the department. He/She also produces reports for analysis.

Must be familiar with the Organisation Offerings and menus as well as the capabilities of the Kitchen team. Able to maintain good customer relationship widening customer database. Must be familiar with the current ERp systems within the organisation and work closely with the chef to keep the Organisation's offerings fresh. able to work independantly, meeting sales targets and opening new markets.
