Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch or outlet. The ideal candidate will have strong management and administrative skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Provide exceptional management and administrative support to ensure seamless branch operations.
  • Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the branch or outlet, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained and excellence is achieved.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
  • Support managers in completing daily tasks, including implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Understand each department's daily processes and goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Participate in company-wide strategic planning to drive business growth and success.
  • Assist in evaluating performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, with a passion for serving customers.
  • Knowledge or experience in management or a relevant field is a plus.
