Job Title: Beauty Operations Director

Job Summary:

  As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our beauty branch. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the branch.



Responsibilities:
  1) Branch Management:
    • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
    • Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs.
    • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
    • Maintain the branch's appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffs.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Manage the branch budget and financial performance.
  
  2) Beauty:
    • Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivering effective treatments suited to their needs.
    • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
