As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our branch while also providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients. You will lead and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs, driving sales and ensuring the branch operates efficiently and effectively.

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

B) Beauty:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivering effective treatments suited to their needs.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Benefits:

  • 4 days off a month (Every Sunday and PH off)
  • Working Hour: Weekdays - 11am to 8pm; Weekend - 11am to 6pm
  • Working Location: Far East Plaza
  • Salary Range: $200 Attendance Allowance + $1000 performance bonus

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
  • Proficiency in using management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
