Job Title: Senior Office Coordinator

As a key member of the management team, we seek an experienced Senior Office Coordinator to support the Managing Director and HR team in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD's schedule, meetings, and travel plans, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
  • Handle sensitive matters on behalf of the MD, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, meeting materials, and presentations, showcasing attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Arrange meetings, take minutes when needed, and ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, update HR policies, and manage leave and attendance records efficiently.
  • Ensure that company events are well-planned and executed, enhancing employee morale and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in using HRIS systems and asset management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
