Job Description:
\We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to provide administrative support to senior management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, including reception, visitor management, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role with a focus on front office operations;\
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels;\
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);\
- High school diploma or equivalent required, degree preferred.\
- Business administration course beneficial\
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.\
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.\
- Proven track record of being proactive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.\
- Knowledge of workplace safety and security procedures and protocols.\
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.\
- Experience with office equipment and software applications (e.g., phone systems, fax machines, copiers).\
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and demands.\
- Develops and implements administrative policies and procedures that enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization.\
- Supports ongoing employee development by delivering training programs, workshops, or mentoring services.\
- Ensure compliance with company’s HR policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.\
- Project coordination tasks where cross-departmental administrative support is required.\
- Assists department heads with creating budgets and expense reports.\
- Accompany department heads on trips as required.\
- Prepare regular administrative and facility management reports for management review.\
- Support budgeting and expense monitoring for company administration and property management functions.\
