MEP Factory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Factory Manager to lead our team in the production of prefabricated MEP modules.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing factory operations, ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards. Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers are essential for this role.

  • Manage the production of prefabricated MEP modules in a factory setting
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and specifications
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers
  • Supervise the delivery and installation of MEP modules on site
  • Troubleshoot any issues or defects that arise during or after assembly
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering and related specialist diploma in DFMA, SDCP, or BIM
  • Safety certified, minimum Bizsafe level 2
  • 3 years or more working experience in related fields preferred
  • Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken
  • Strong independence and leadership in a teamwork environment
  • Fresh graduate may apply
  • Knowledge in BIM and experiences in MEP prefabrication are added advantages
