Overview

  • The successful candidate will coordinate closely with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs, fostering strong working relationships along the way.
  • This role requires exceptional leadership skills to supervise the delivery and installation of MEP modules on site, promptly addressing any issues or defects that arise during or after assembly.

Essential Qualifications

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential, accompanied by relevant specialist diplomas in DFMA, SDCP, or BIM.
  • Safety certification at Bizsafe level 2 is mandatory.
  • Candidates with 3 years or more of working experience in related fields are preferred.
  • Strong language proficiency (English) in both written and spoken communication is required.
  • Demonstrated independence and leadership capabilities within a team-oriented environment are vital.
  • Fresh graduates may also apply for this position.
