**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate design for Mechanical, Electrical, Process (MEP)
- To assist in achieving business Objectives & Goals
- To manage MEP team & MEP sub-cons for design, construction progress, and quality.
- Execute, monitor, and ensure the timely completion of the project
- Liaise with Client / Consultant Representatives on project & design matters and constantly alignment of timeline to meet milestones.
- Ensure all contractual requirements and project specifications comply with agreed procedures.
- Keeping track of variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Director.
- Implement cost control measures to meet the project budget.
- Coordinate with MEP/QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of the project to meet customer requirements.
- Check for quality of work according to specifications and requirements.
- Maintain inspection records of works, materials, and all completed works.
- To lead and manage the testing & commissioning of MEP systems in meeting all contractual and authorities requirements for TOP and Handing Over.
- Ensure proactive measures are adopted for issues relating to quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety.
- Review project specifications, technical clarification, and construction drawings, and identify discrepancies with resolution.
- Ensure good M&E Model and Drawings management and control of M&E documentation /fitting on site.
- Ensure timely production and submission of quality M&E shop drawings, material submission, method statements, as-built drawings/model, operation and maintenance manual, etc. including obtaining approval and acceptance from the Client/Consultant

**Job specifications**
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other building-related disciplines
- 8-15 years of experience in building and construction projects
- Experience in Process Plant work is preferred.
- Works on 5.5 days alternate Saturdays( or 2 Saturdays in a month)
