Job Title

Full MEP Cost & Commercial Management Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide the full suite of MEP cost and commercial management project services, including budget establishment, cost estimation, cost reporting, consultant and contractor procurement, valuations, contract administration, change control and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full MEP cost and commercial management project services
  • Establish budgets and undertake cost estimations
  • Undertake cost reporting and maintain accurate records
  • Procure consultants and contractors
  • Administer contracts and manage changes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in MEP quantity surveying
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
