Job Title: MEP Project Management Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage DfMA Prefab MEP projects, ensuring seamless integration of design, production, and installation processes for MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of DfMA Prefab MEP projects.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure sufficient resources are allocated to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and site teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing any risks or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and drafters.
  • Ensuring the team adheres to standards and optimizes workflows.
  • Conducting performance reviews and providing training to junior staff.
  • Overseeing quality checks to meet industry standards.
  • Collaborating with QAQC teams to resolve issues and maintain quality.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Knowledge of MEP systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination a plus.

Preferred skills include:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in DfMA, Prefabrication, and MEP systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
