Job Title: MEP Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP project manager to lead the cost and commercial management of our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in budget establishment, cost estimation, cost reporting, consultant and contractor procurement, valuations, contract administration, change control, and final account settlement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of project cost plans and risk management strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on cost and commercial matters to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate and manage the procurement process for consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and actual spend.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP cost and commercial management.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
