A Senior Manager Position for Prefabricated MEP Modules in a Factory Setting


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to oversee the production of prefabricated MEP modules in a factory setting. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering, prefabrication, and MEP design.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the production of prefabricated MEP modules in a factory setting
  2. Ensuring quality control and compliance with standards and specifications
  3. Coordinating with design teams, contractors, and suppliers
  4. Supervising the delivery and installation of MEP modules on site
  5. Troubleshooting any issues or defects that arise during or after assembly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering and related specialist diploma in DFMA, SDCP or BIM
  • Safety certified, minimum Bizsafe level 2
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related fields
  • Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken
  • Strong independence and leadership skills in a teamwork environment
