Job Title: Senior MEP Production Manager

Job Description

  • Oversee the production of prefabricated MEP modules in a factory setting, ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs.
  • Supervise the delivery and installation of MEP modules on site, troubleshooting any issues or defects that arise during or after assembly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering and related specialist diploma in DFMA, SDCP, or BIM.
  • Safety certified, minimum Bizsafe level 2.
  • 3 years or more working experience in related fields preferred.
  • Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken.
  • Strong independence and leadership in teamwork environment.
  • Fresh graduate may apply.
  • Knowledge in BIM and experiences in MEP prefabrication are added advantages.
