The Opportunity In This Role You Will Analyze cost reports and review them with senior management Conduct budget preparation, including detailed cost modeling and benchmarking analysis, and review with senior management Manage project costs against the budget, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives to increase client value Monitor financial close-out on projects, including vendor settlements Oversee and guide commercial change management and evaluation efforts Manage RFPs through to procurement for project services and products Proactively lead commercial risk management efforts Review analytics for project cash flow and earned value analysis We Would Love To Hear From You If You Have extensive cost management experience, preferably from a consultancy working on large, complex projects Understand MEP systems and can read services drawings and schematics Are RICS chartered or on the path to certification; we can assist Hold a degree or equivalent in construction, quantity surveying, mechanical, or electrical engineering Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability, thriving in a fast-paced environment Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing Are detail-oriented and focused on quality Enjoy a dynamic environment with opportunities to manage priorities and deadlines About Us Linesight is a successful global project and cost management consultancy, known for our innovative approach and focus on what matters.
