Professional Experience
Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Review design drawings and specifications to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Assist in tender submissions and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project costs, track variations, and prepare monthly cost reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure projects remain within budget.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
