Production and Installation Supervisor

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Senior MEP Production Manager to oversee the production of prefabricated MEP modules in a factory setting.

Key responsibilities include ensuring quality control and compliance with industry standards, as well as coordinating with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs.

  • Supervise the delivery and installation of MEP modules on site, troubleshooting any issues or defects that arise during or after assembly.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering and related specialist diploma in DFMA, SDCP, or BIM.
  • Safety certified, minimum Bizsafe level 2.
  • 3 years or more working experience in related fields preferred.
  • Good language capability (English) both in written and spoken.
  • Strong independence and leadership in teamwork environment.
  • Fresh graduate may apply.
  • Knowledge in BIM and experiences in MEP prefabrication are added advantages.
