Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor to oversee site installations and ensure timely completion in line with schedules, work plans, estimated costs, and man-hours.

  • The ideal candidate will supervise site installations, collaborate with crews to ensure accurate documentation of hours and actions according to company procedures, review site installations for highest quality workmanship, verify product assembly adherence to plans, and pay attention to detail.
  • The successful candidate will also ensure materials are handled carefully and customer property remains undamaged, train crews for responsible interface with contractors, electricians, safety officers, and other stakeholders, and collaborate with design engineers during installation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • An ITE (NITEC) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum five years' relevant experience as a Site supervisor in material handling systems.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills are necessary. Addition of electrical knowledge is advantageous.
  • The candidate should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings such as layouts and circuit diagrams.
