Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Installation Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical & Electrical Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the supervision of mechanical and electrical installations at Jurong East Polyclinic & Nursing Home.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a Trade Certificate from a local polytechnic or ITE, with preferably registration as a Resident Technical Officer with IES (Institution of Engineers Singapore). A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in building services is required, including site supervision of mechanical and electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Supervision: Oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to identify poor installation practices and bad workmanship.
  • Documentation: Prepare progress reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Adobe.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in building services.
  • Registration as a Resident Technical Officer with IES (Institution of Engineers Singapore).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
