Job Title:
Mechanical and Electrical Services Supervisor

Job Description:
As a Mechanical and Electrical Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and coordination of mechanical and electrical works on site. You will ensure that all installations are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, local codes, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all mechanical and electrical works on site.

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, local codes, regulations, and standards.

• Attend site meetings and walks with developers and consultants as required.

• Assist consultants in supervising and inspecting construction work on site.

• Monitor project progress schedules and quality standards.

• Maintain and update site records on project progress.

• Inspect and monitor the quality of workmanship of M&E works on site.

• Check all drawings, including authority submission drawings and shop drawings.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years' experience in supervising M&E installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments.

• Familiarity with local codes and regulations.
